Our comforters are lovingly handmade in South Africa and designed to bring comfort and warmth wherever you use them. To keep your comforter in the best condition, please follow these care guidelines:
Composition: Crafted from 100% cotton with a weight of 170-400gsm.
Washing: Light hand wash in lukewarm water is recommended.
Drying: DO NOT tumble dry or dry clean. Lay flat to dry naturally.
Ironing: Use a warm iron (not hot) for a smooth finish.
Bleaching: DO NOT use bleach to maintain fabric integrity and color.
Shrinkage: Allow for up to 30% shrinkage.

PLEASE NOTE
Size: Due to the very nature of the fabric, shrinkage of up to 30% can be expected from the original weave size with the first wash. To help alleviate this, our Shwe Shwe and Wax Print fabrics have been washed and pre shrunk and should remain true to size hereafter provided the important wash and care instructions be adhered to.
