Domestic Clients:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report defects.
- Upon inspection, you may receive:
- A refund.
- Store credit.
- A replacement product.

International Clients:
- You have 15 days from delivery to report defects.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued upon inspection of returned items.

- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
