Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund and returns policy:

  1. Domestic Clients:

    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report defects.
    • Upon inspection, you may receive:
      • A refund.
      • Store credit.
      • A replacement product.
  2. International Clients:

    • You have 15 days from delivery to report defects.
    • Refunds or replacements will be issued upon inspection of returned items.
  3. Returns Process:

    • Contact accounts@keytwotrading.com to report an issue and obtain return instructions.
    • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Products damaged through misuse.
    • Sale items unless defective.
